A Toronto landmark, carefully restored.
Heritage Commercial Project
Project Details
Originally built in 1872 as part of Toronto’s Fire Hall No. 3, the historic tower on Yonge Street has remained a distinctive architectural presence for more than 150 years.
Ridley was entrusted with the restoration of this significant heritage feature, where precision, craftsmanship and respect for the original architecture were essential.
The work focused on preserving its defining character, proportions and architectural detailing while supporting its renewed place within the streetscape.
Heritage restoration demands a different level of care. Every opening, material and detail must feel considered and true to the original structure.
Vision
For Ridley, this project reflects the importance of preserving exceptional architecture while ensuring it continues to endure for generations to come.
